Local Government - Citizen

The Black Sash has formed partnerships with Community Partners through which they conduct annual surveys at Local Government Service Offices at sites in the Western Cape and Eastern Cape. The results of the monitoring at each site are used to frame community discussions around service delivery at the sites, providing citizens with a voice in how their services are delivered.
