SASSA Paypoint - Citizen

The Black Sash has formed partnerships with Community Partners through which they conduct annual surveys at SASSA Paypoints around the country. The results of the monitoring at each site are used to frame community discussions around service delivery at the sites, providing citizens with a voice in how their services are delivered.
