SASSA Service Office - Citizen

The Black Sash has formed partnerships with Community Partners through which they conduct month-long annual surveys at SASSA Service Offices around the country. The results of the monitoring at each site are used to frame community discussions around service delivery at the sites, providing citizens with a voice in how their services are delivered.
