SASSA / SAPO Card Swap

One of the primary concerns with the research is to see how effectively the new bank card swap is managed. The SASSA special disbursement bank account, held by the SA Post Office will replace the old SASSA/Grindrod bank accounts and cards. Black Sash is monitoring to ensure this process is smooth and effective and that beneficiaries can receive their grant payouts as before.
